Kronon Labs Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) values the personal information of users of the GOGO service and processes such information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and all relevant laws. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, provides, and protects your personal information in relation to the GOGO service.
Article 1 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection)
- The Company collects the following personal information:
- When registering: name, email address, phone number, password
- During service use: access logs, IP address, payment information
- When managing physical training membership data: member name, date of birth, contact details, health information (when required)
- For advertising/analytics services: advertising identifiers (AD_ID), device information (model, OS version), in-app event data
- Personal information is collected using the following methods:
- Information directly entered by the user during sign-up and service use
- Automatically generated information during service usage
- Automatically collected via external analytics/advertising tools such as Google Firebase Analytics and Google Ads
Article 2 (Purpose of Personal Information Use)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Member management: account registration verification, identity confirmation, service usage management
- Service provision: personalised services, service improvement and development
- Payment and billing: processing payments, refunds, and issuing financial records
